شدد خطيب جامع الإمام الصادق (ع) في الدراز الشيخ عيسى قاسم في خطبته أمس الجمعة (5 يوليو / تموز 2013) على أن «الحراك البحريني سيظل متمسكاً بخيار السلمية ولن يلجأ إلى العنف»، وذلك «على رغم الضربات التي يتعرض لها هذا الحراك».

ورفض قاسم خطوات سحب الجنسية البحرينية عن 31 بحرينياً في نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني 2012، علاوة على استدعاء عدد من المسحوبة جنسياتهم وبينهم الشيخ حسين النجاتي وإجبارهم على مغادرة البحرين.

وتحت عنوان «أي حراكٍ حراك هذا الشعب؟»، قال قاسم: «حراكٌ امتدّ حتى يكاد يتوسط عامه الثالث، وهو يتلقّى الضربات من السلطة ويدفع أثماناً باهظة على ‏مستوى دماء جماهيره وأموالهم وعذاباتهم وعذابات الرموز وألوف الشباب من الجماهير الذين ذاقوا ‏ويذوقون مرارة السجن وألوان الظلم وأنواع الألم، وهم هناك مغيّبون. وعذاباتٍ أخذت نصيبها ‏الكبير ومازالت تأخذ نصيبها المؤلم من حياة الرجال والنساء والأطفال وتصبغ أوضاع البيوت وتؤرق ‏الأسر، كلُّ ذلك دون أنْ تلين عزيمة هذا الشعب أو تدخله فكرة التراجع عن مطالبه لوعورة الطريق ومشقَّة ‏المواصلة، هذا من جهة، ودون أنْ يخرجه ذلك عن خيار السلمية ويستفزه لارتكاب العنف، وهذا من جهة ‏أخرى».‏

وواصل قاسم «حراكٌ يجمع غالبية الشعب في مسيرةٍ واعتصامٍ ووقفة احتجاجية، ولا تكاد تتوقف مسيراته واعتصاماته ‏بأحجامها المختلفة طوال المدة التي قضاها في كفاحه في وسطٍ من المتاعب والتضحيات الجسام، حراكٌ كان أذكى وأعفّ وأنزه من أنْ يقع في المستنقع الطائفي رغم المحاولات الدؤوبة لجرّه لهذا المستنقع ‏أو استدراجه إليه من قبل السلطة والكثيرين الذين وظّفتهم من أجل هذا الغرض الدنيء الساقط والوصول ‏بالوضع إلى المنزلق الخطير الذي لا رحمة فيه بأحدٍ من الشعب، حراكٌ اتُّهِم ولايزال يُتَّهم من قبل السلطة والموالاة بأنه طائفيٌّ ومرتبط بالخارج ويريد الاستئثار بخيرات ‏البلد ويلغي الآخرين، واستطاع أنْ يفشل كلّ هذه الأكاذيب ويبطل أراجيفها، فلم يأتِ تقريرٌ من التقارير ‏المحايدة من أيّ دراسةٍ للوضع في البحرين - وحتى تقرير لجنة تقصي الحقائق برئاسة السيد بسيوني التي ‏كانت من اختيار النظام - يدعم شيئاً من هذه الأراجيف، بل جاء بما هو على خلافها».‏

وأشار قاسم إلى أنه «ليست هناك دولة من الدول الصديقة للسلطة تذهب مذهب السلطة فيما تريد ترويجه من ذلك، والسلطة ‏نفسها تعلم أنَّ دعاواها هذه مجرّد اختلاق لعلّها تعزل بذلك الحراك ولا تترك لأحدٍ أنْ يتعاطف معه من بين ‏الدول والهيئات والمؤسسات الدولية».‏

وأوضح أن «قضية الحراك العربي والثورات العربية كلها لها منطلق واحد وخلفية موضوعية واحدة، قضية أنظمة ‏مستبدة وحكومات ظالمة وسلطات متعسفة تفرض نفسها بالحديد والنار والإعلام المضلل ومجموعة من ‏باعة الضمير تقتات على فتات موائدها المسروقة من الشعوب والمستنزفة لثروات الأوطان،

مشكلة أنظمة وحكومات قاهرة وشعوب مقهورة ضاقت بقهرها وبما تعانيه من استهتارٍ بكرامتها وحرمانٍ ‏في معيشتها ومعاناتها وتلاعب بمقدُرَاتها ومقدّراتها ودفع وعيها وصحوتها ومعاناتها ومأساتها للثورة على ‏الأنظمة الطاغية والسلطات المستبدة، ولم يوقفها عن استمرارها في هذا الطريق شدة ولا قمع ولا ‏تضحيات، هذه هي الخلفية الحقيقية للثورات العربية التي هبّت ضمن هذه السنوات بغض النظر عن نوع التركيبة ‏السكانية ومكونات الشعب الواحد والتعدد القومي والمذهبي والحزبي وغيرها».‏

وبين قاسم أن «السلطة في البحرين ومن يناصرها لا تجادل في كون السبب لهذه الثورات إنما هو معاناة ‏الشعوب من ظلم الأنظمة، ولم تتوقّف عن التبريك لكل من انتصر من هذه الثورات لنصرها وقد دعمت ‏بعضها بصورة علنية مكشوفة. أما حين تأتي هذه السلطة والموالاة معها للحراك السلمي السياسي في ‏البحرين يأتي وصمه منهما بالطائفية والإرهاب والعنف والارتباط بالخارج والعمالة لدولٍ أخرى والإرادة ‏المرهونة للإرادة الخارجية، ومثل هذا السيل من المفتريات التي لا توقُّف لها».‏

ورأى أن «كل الشعوب العربية التي تحركت وثارت في وجه الظلم من الأنظمة التي تحكمها تملك رأيها الخاص ‏وإرادتها المستقلة وشعورها بكرامتها وقرارها في التحرك والثورة، وكذلك هي شعوب العالم إلا هذا ‏الشعب فهو لا يملك شيئاً من ذلك وفاقد للإحساس وفاقدٌ للوعي وللروح الوطنية ولا يملك شيئاً منأمر نفسه ‏وكلّ رجاله البارزين ورموزه دمىً بيد الخارج وآلاتٌ صمّاء تحركها الإرادة الخارجية دون أنْ تستطيع ‏مساومات الدولة ولا إغراءاتها أنْ تشتريهم وتسكتهم كما تشتري الكثيرين، فهم أهل طمعٍ في مال الخارج ‏والجاه من الخارج لا غير، وهذا من الإمعان الإضافي في ظلم هذا الشعب والاستخفاف به وبقابليّاته ومواهبه، وكل الهدف من هذا ‏الزيف هو ألا تُثلم السيطرة المطلقة التي تفرضها السلطة على هذا الشعب ومن أجل أنْ يستمر الاستئثار ‏بالثروة والاستعباد لإنسان هذا الوطن وإسقاط قيمة الحراك والثقة به وتحجيمه وتكثير المعادين له في ‏الداخل والخارج. ولكن كل ذلك يزداد فشلاً يوماً بعد يوم وتتجلى الحقيقة وتفقد الأكاذيب أثرها».‏

وبيّن قاسم أن «من هدف التشويه الإعلامي المستمرّ لواقع الحراك الشعبي السياسي العادل المنطلق من روح الإصلاح ‏والشعور بضرورته أنْ يحصل انقسامٌ طائفيٌ حادٌ في هذا الوطن بين إخوة الدين والتاريخ والأرض ‏والاقتتال بينهم بإشرافٍ من السلطة وتحت رعايتها الرحيمة ليهلك من هلك ويسلم لها كل ما تريد.‏

ولكن الشعب الفطن لم يسمح ولن يسمح لهذا الغرض الظالم والكيد الخسيس أنْ يأخذ طريقه إلى الواقع، ‏والحقيقة أنْ لا حراك كحراك هذا الشعب في عقلانيّته وسلميّته وصفائه ولا سلطة كهذه السلطة في تصلّبها ‏وموقفها العنيد من مطالب الشعب والاستخفاف به، وإلا فما معنى أنْ تخرج الأغلبية من جماهيره ونخبه ‏ونسائه ورجاله في المسيرات المطالبة بالحقوق ولأكثر من عامين والسلطة لا جواب لها إلا جواب القمع ‏والعنف والإرهاب».‏

وفي موضوع آخر، حمل عنوان «لا تفعلوها»، قال قاسم:‏ «إن سحب الجنسية من عدد من المواطنين الشرفاء وفي مقدّمتهم الشيخ حسين النجاتي وأخذ جوازات سفرهم والعمل على تسفيرهم كرهاً وفصلهم عن أولادهم وأهلهم وأرضهم وبيوتهم وكلّ ‏ذلك بلا ذنب كسبته أيديهم، جريمة في حق الوطن وإنسانه وتجاوزٌ سافر لحقّ المواطنة ومخالفةٌ دينيّة ‏ودستورية وقانونية واستخفافٌ بالمواطنين. ذلك جريمةٌ نكراء لا تفعلوها، ارفعوا يدكم عن أوّل إجراءاتها».‏

وأشار إلى أن تلك الخطوة «عارٌ على الوطن، تخلُّفٌ موغلٌ في الماضي، لغة من لغة الغاب، سوءةٌ سياسيةٌ مخجلة، مهزلةٌ شاذةٌ ‏من مهازل الأنظمة غير العادلة، كارثةٌ خلقيّة، فضيحةٌ للنظام، عصبيّة عمياء، تعبيرٌ طائفيٌّ حاقدٌ مقيت، ‏جريمةٌ كبرى حين تتخذ هذه الإجراءات في حقّ مواطنين شرفاء أبرياء مخلصين نافعين - كلُّ ذلك - ‏لكلمةٍ قالوها فيها إنكار للمنكر وأمرٌ بالمعروف ودعوة للإصلاح وإنقاذ للوطن وتصحيح الأوضاع، ‏لمشاركةٍ في مسيرةٍ أو اعتصام أو أيّ لون من ألوان الاحتجاج السلمي المناهض للفساد».‏

وشدد على أن «كل العقلاء في هذا الشعب وكل المخلصين من أبنائه وبناته ضدّ هذه الإجراءات التعسفيّة، ولا يرضون ‏لوطنهم أنْ يكون أشدَّ الأوطان تنكُّراً لأبنائه وظلماً لهم واستهتاراً بكرامتهم الإنسانيّة».

وتحت عنوان «‏درسٌ من مصر»، تحدث قاسم، قائلاً:‏ «ثارت مصر ثورة جديدة على رئيسها المنتخب وحكومته وعلى مجلسها النيابي والدستور بعد ثورتها ‏السابقة على نظامها القديم، وكما أسقطت الحكم القديم أسقطت حكمها الجديد كذلك وإن كان هذه المرة ‏بتوسط العسكر ولكن بدفع زحفٍ جماهيري هادر، ولا يُرَى أنّ هذا آخر الشوط ونهاية الثورات في مصر، لو تطلّب الأمر الثورة على الوضع القائم مرة ‏أخرى في نظر الجماهير. وُلِد الحكم من رحم عملية ديمقراطية - أيّاً كان مستواها - أو عن طريقٍ آخر، ‏جاء الحكم على يد الجيش باسمه أو باسم غيره أو جاء الجماهير نفسها ثمّ انقلب على إرداتها، يبقى أنّ ما هو المهم ومحط النظر في نظر الجماهير النتيجة النهائية وتحقق الغاية المنشودة وهو أنْ يكون ‏الحكم عادلاً غير تسلّطي، غير انحيازيٍّ على حساب فئة أخرى من الشعب، غير مغرورٍ ولا مستكبر، لا ‏يستعمل قوته ضدّ شعبه، يحترم الحرية الإنسانية الكريمة للمواطنين، يهتمّ بالظروف المعيشية والخدمية ‏لمواطنيه على السواء، لا يستأثر بالثروة، لا يوزع المناصب على أبناء القبيلة والأصدقاء وأهل الولاء ‏الشخصيّ وكأنها هدايا مملكوة للحاكم نفسه وبغض النظر عن الكفاءة، أنْ يتقدم بمستوى الوطن على جميع ‏الأصعدة الإيجابيّة النافعة، أنْ يحترم شعائر الدين ومقدساته والقيم الأخلاقية الإنسانية الثابتة الرفيعة، أنْ ‏يصدُق الناس في وعوده وما يقوله، أنْ يفي بعهوده والمواثيق التي أخذها على نفسه، أنْ يعالح الأمور ‏بحكمة وتعقّل، ألّا تكون يده مستعدّة للبطش لأوّل استثارةٍ يواجَه بها، أنْ يكون حكماً صالحاً بكل معنى ‏الكلمة، ألّا ترتهن سياسته الداخلية أو الخارجية لإرادة الأجنبي، ألّا يكون الوطن تابعاً ذليلاً لسياسة الغير ‏على يده عن عمالةٍ ذليلة أو عدم ثقة بنفسه وشعبه ولا انفصالٍ منه عنه أو ثمنٍ يتقاضاه قبال خيانته». ‏

ورأى قاسم أن «طموح شعب مصر وشعوب الثورات العربية وكل الشعوب هو هذا المستوى من الحكم، وقد بدأت تتحرّك ‏عمليّاً على طريق هذا الطموح في حراكات سلمية وحراكاتٍ ثورية وصارت تعطي بسخاءٍ على هذا ‏الطريق ولن تتوقف عن هدفها عند أي مرحلة من مراحل سعيها الحثيث قبل أنْ يتحقق لها بصورةٍ مستقرّة ‏ومضمونة، ولن يقنعها أيّ شعارٍ من شعارات الديمقراطيّة والصندوق الانتخابي والحكومات الشعبية ‏وطريق الصوت الحر إذا لم تكن النتيجة المطلوبة أو حصل الانقلاب عليها».‏

وأضاف «هذا الدرس الذي تقدمه الثورة الثانية في مصر بعد عامٍ واحد فقط من قيام حكمٍ باسم الديمقراطية وصندوق ‏الانتخاب والانتخابات النزيهة، وهذا هو الدرس الذي يجب أنْ تتعلمه الأنظمة الجديدة في بلاد الثورات ‏العربيّة حكمت باسم الإسلام أو غيره فضلاً عن الأنظمة البالية والتي عفا عليها الزمن ثم تطمح أن تخلد ‏إلى أبد الآبدين، ويستوي أنْ يتعلّم أيّ نظام هذه الحقيقة أو لم يتعلّمها، فإنّ شيئاً من أمرها لن يتغيّر وستجد الأنظمة أنها - ‏أي أنّ هذه الحقيقة - أصدق من كل أمنياتها».‏
