يقول وزير الدولة البريطاني لشئون الشرق الأوسط، أليستر بيرت: «إن حل الأزمة السياسية في البحرين يستلزم تنفيذ جميع توصيات اللجنة البحرينية لتقصي الحقائق (بسيوني)، وتوصيات المراجعة الدورية الشاملة (جنيف)».

وتقول الممثلة العليا للسياسة الخارجية والأمنية بالاتحاد الأوروبي، كاثرين أشتون: «إن الاتحاد الأوربي سيواصل تشجيع البحرين على التنفيذ الكامل، وعلى وجه السرعة، لتوصيات لجنة تقصي الحقائق وتوصيات المراجعة الدورية الشاملة (جنيف)»، وتؤكد أشتون أيضاً «إن المصالحة في البحرين تتطلب بناء الثقة والإفراج عن المعتقلين السياسيين».

كما يؤكد المتحدث الرسمي الإقليمي لوزارة الخارجية الأميركية جوش بيكر - في إجابته على سؤال بشأن مطلب الحرية والعدالة في البحرين والضغط على السلطة للاستجابة - «إن الإصلاح هو المسار الوحيد للاستقرار الدائم في البحرين».

بينما يعتبر المسئولون في البحرين أنفسهم بأنهم لم ينفذوا توصيات بسيوني فحسب، بل ذهبوا إلى أبعد من ذلك، أي أنهم تقدموا على توصيات بسيوني بمسافات، والبحرين بين تصريحات المراقبين الدوليين، وبين تصريحات المسئولين مكانك سر، تسمع عن الحل ولا تراه.

أعتقد أنه لا يمكن أن نصل إلى حل ما دمنا نعتقد بأننا انتهينا منه، ولا يمكننا أن نصل إلى انفراج ما دمنا نعتقد بأننا تقدمنا على مرحلة الانفراج بمسافات.

الحاجة إلى حل حقيقي لم تعد حاجة للمعارضة فقط، أو للسلطة فقط، أو لطائفة ما فقط، جميع أولئك يتطلعون إلى حل طويل الأجل، يؤسس لمرحلة تنقل الجميع من الأزمة التي بلغت من العمر عتيّا.

أعلم ويعلم الجميع أن أعراض الصرع على بعض الكتّاب كان واضحاً، لمجرد السماع عن تحركات لحل منشود، لا أحد يلمس وجوده حتى الآن، ولم تتضح ملامحه، فالعتمة لا تزال هي سيدة الموقف في الأفق.

وأعلم أن صرع أولئك قد يتحول إلى إغماء وجنون أحياناً، إذا صدقت نبوءة البعض بحل مرتقب، ولكن لا يجب أن تتأخر حلول الأوطان من أجل حفنة من المجانين، أو المرضى النفسيين، أو ذوي نوبات الصرع، لأن أولئك النفر من أصحاب الأقلام البالية كخيوط العنكبوت معذورون بجنونهم؛ فمن يشعر بأن مزبلة التاريخ تنتظره، ولا يجن جنونه فهو مجنون قبل ذلك.
