Kassem said in his sermon on Friday (15 April 2011): that «the way of reform is not correct to stop, and can not be any circumstances that hinder the will of the reform as long as the selection of a human standing or to justify the delay, nor can any thing which God hath to be a reform to the command of people and life and the universe ».

He described the need for reform that «such as the need to water, air, food and medicine is not indispensable or delay them, and separate from the many human needs because it does not stop nor break», indicating that «there is hardly stops reform only in the place of corruption, which destroy crops and cattle and paralyzes life , and all bear the responsibility he has to reform, justice and equity, the right of the people requested to do so, not for him to deny it from one or Icetktherh, governments assume greater responsibilities and heavily, and the first to demand reform nor deny that no arrogance in it ».
